Overview
Since its inception and opening in 1969, the Grey Gull was designed to operate as a motel with each unit being individually owned (giving them condominium status with the state of Washington) to generate revenues for the investors and for their upkeep. There are several original investors in ownership today!
Operating as a C Corporation since 1995, the elected Board of Directors oversees all operational functions, capital improvements/investments and marketing on behalf of the ownership pool. The 2011 business plan continues their goal setting pace of building and grounds improvements and a distribution of revenues for ownership.
