Location, view and décor
Each condo unit is unique in what it offers the guest. Ground floor has easy access to the lawn and pool for kids and pets and picnics, end units have expansive decks with bedrooms on the water side with views. South wing rooms enjoy the sun and moon rise and setting as they move from east to west over the building. Like a crows nest on a ship, the Penthouse overlooks the whole complex from its third floor perch.

The basics plus! Size and comfort of a well appointed studio, intimate but not cramped; when a king bed, kitchenette and gas fireplace will do. Relax on the deck or in front of the ceiling to floor windows with a view to please.

Standard One Bedroom Suite
Make yourself at home, all the comforts you need are provided. Enough room for all your suitemates to spread out and not disturb the nap taker on the king bed in the bedroom, the living room is a perfect place to listen to the ocean in front of the window bank and fireplace with your favorite reading material or project, then fix a gourmet meal in the well appointed kitchen as you await the sky to color the backdrop of over the Pacific. These units sleep four with a sleeper sofa or Murphy bed in the living area and many are Fido friendly.

Deluxe One Bedroom Suite
A wing unit; spacious with plenty of deck space for enjoying the sights and sounds of tranquil beach life or gales. Two Bedroom

All reservation changes and cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival; at 48 hours prior to arrival the first nights room rate, taxes and any fees will be charged to your credit card as a guarentee of your arrival.
